Student/Applicant profile tile has PRISM icon for overseas students. By clicking on this icon, the system will open the popup window which consolidates all the student’s related information under one screen.

This will help you to easily copy the information from this popup window to paste it in PRISMS to create CoE so that you do not have to select the icons separately on the profile tiles to check the student’s information. This new icon will help you to see the student’s information altogether.

Below the student’s basic information, there are three icons in a row. The first icon is the Prism Information icon. Click on this icon and a popup screen will appear as shown below.
