Admin > Notes Template
The Notes Template screen offers options to edit, delete, and add new templates. It also shows the count of total and active templates. The delete button removes templates from your list.
Click on the +Add button to add another notes template. Once you do, a pop-up window will open on the screen. Fill in the required information in the provided fields
- Campus – Select the campus name from the drop-down.
- Applies to – Here, you will see different objects in TEAMS such as Applicant, Student Enrolment, etc. Depending on your requirements, you can select the object from the dropdown menu.
- Shown In – This drop-down menu will show you different fields that you can select one at a time. Once you select one, the Notes will appear accordingly.
- Title – Title of the Notes
- Notes – Enter your Notes by selecting the Notes Icon.
- Active – Select the tick-box to make the Notes Active.
If you want to add conditions in notes templates, then you may need to click on the conditions icon.
If you want to download a CSV report, click on the CSV icon . To delete a template, click on the Delete icon , and to edit a notes template, click on the Edit icon A popup will appear and you can make the changes there.
You can make or select changes in this template and click on the Save button, and your template will be added.
