Enquiry Listing Screen

Marketing > Marketing Dashboard > Alerts Tile > Enquiry listing screen

This listing screen shows the user a list of pending enquiries (Depending on the selection that has been made on the status filter) for a particular campus within the date range selected. A user can create new enquiries by selecting the +enquiry button in the top right corner of the screen.

Filters/Parameters

The top half of the screen lets you filter your search for more targeted and specified results.

Listing Grid

This grid will display:

A CSV icon in the top right corner of the grid will give you a list of the enquiries in the grid and the column headings from the grid.
A web icon that indicates it is a web-based enquiry.
Enquiry information – under columns: Enquiry Type, Name, Campus, Preferences, Marketing source, Account Manager, Processed Date and Status.

Selecting Enquiries

Check the tick-boxes against specific Enquiries if you wish to create a contact log. After selecting the students, select the required option from the burger menu and you are one step away from finishing a heap of work in one go.

If you wish to select all students at once, check the tick box beside the “Stud No” column.
