The Enrolment AVETMISS Tile lists essential fields where data must be entered for VET reporting. The tile includes a calendar feature that allows you to set or change the year or date range, helping you correct errors within a specific timeframe. You can access the relevant screen by selecting the count displayed next to the text.

Enrolment is not flagged as overseas: | If a student is onshore or offshore, their enrolment should be flagged as overseas. You can do this by selecting the checkboxes for the student numbers, ticking the ‘Overseas Enrolment’ checkbox, and clicking the ‘Update’ button. You can also download the CSV report of this |
Funding Source – National Should Not Be Blank | The funding source must not be left blank for enrolments included in VET reporting. To resolve this issue, click on the enrolment number to open the Enrolment Dashboard. Then, select the AVETMISS Settings icon under the Profile tile to access the Enrolment AVETMISS Settings screen. From there, add the funding source and click “Save.” |
Include in National export: | It is the most critical part of an enrolment for AVETMISS reporting. This error can be resolved by selecting the checkboxes for the relevant student numbers, marking them as ‘Include in National Export’, and clicking the ‘Update’ button. |
Training location missing: | Training Location refers to the location where the student completed their enrolment. This screen displays a list of all students with missing training location information. You can apply a filter to retrieve the data, then select the checkbox for the student number, choose the training location from the dropdown, and click the ‘Update’ button to resolve the error. |
Overdue Result: | To fix this AVETMISS error, select the enrolment number corresponding to the specific student. Then, click the Test Result icon under the Result tile and add the result to the |
