icon indicates that this is still an applicant.
Note: Once the applicant is converted to a student then you won't be able to add/edit any details at the applicant level. However, you can make changes from the Student Profile Tile.
You can Upload an Applicant’s Profile Picture from here and edit the details as well for an applicant.
