The AVETMISS Student Tile to identify and correct essential data fields required for accurate VET reporting. The tile allows you to address missing or incorrect data, ensuring compliance with AVETMISS standards.  Additionally, You can use the calendar feature to set or change the year or date range, allowing you to focus on correcting errors within a specific timeframe.

Before moving further, please select the Year from the Calendar, for which you want to fix the AVETMISS errors.

Fields	Explanation
AVETMISS Flag Missing:	This error indicates students who are not marked with an AVETMISS status. To resolve, select the checkbox next to the student number, tick the AVETMISS checkbox, and click Update to save.
Survey Status Missing:	To correct this issue for multiple students, choose the appropriate option from the dropdown menu and click ‘Update.’
Incomplete AVETMISS Address:	Students with incomplete addresses are listed here. Click the student number to open the Edit Student Address screen and complete the missing information.
With No USIs:	To address students missing a Unique Student Identifier (USI), select the student number to be redirected to the Student Dashboard. Under the Compliance tile, click the edit icon next to the USI Number field. Enter the USI or create a new one by clicking Create USI. The status can be checked from the USI Request screen under Compliance.
With USIs Not Verified:	This shows students with unverified USIs. To verify, select the tickbox next to the student or go to the Visa Details screen and click Verify.
Missing Date of Birth (DOB):	Students missing their date of birth will appear here. Click on the student number to open the Visa Details screen, where you can enter and save the DOB.
Missing Gender and Family Name:	Gender is mandatory for AVETMISS reporting. Students without gender information will be listed here. Correct this by accessing the Visa Details screen and filling in the gender field. Missing family names can be corrected in the same way.
