Overview

The system is designed to search for enrolments that fall within a specified date range and display each subject for the enrolment that has a final result. This report is generated based on the ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) template for Enrolment and Completion Data, which is accessible through the Compliance Menu in the system.

This report enables users to efficiently track and monitor enrolments and their associated subjects, supporting compliance and performance management efforts.

To generate the ASQA Enrolment and Completion Data Report, go to the General screen and select your desired parameters or filters. Once your selections are made, click the Print button to produce the report based on the specified criteria.
