Overview
This screen allows you to enter the enquiries of students and you can track communication and the progression of discussions with them.
This process helps manage enquiries efficiently before formal application creation.
Follow the steps below to create an enquiry
- Go to the Main Dashboard and hover on the Marketing Menu
- Click on “New Enquiry“
- Click on the “Student” radio button and click the “Next.”
- Fill the relevant fields and click the “Save.“
Note: On the new enquiry screen, when you click Save after entering all the fields, the enquiry will be created and you can see the Burger Menu icon beside the Save button in the top right corner, which allows you to perform some important functions for that enquiry. Once you successfully complete the new application process for an Enquiry student the system converts them into an applicant with one or more applications, and they will be removed from the enquiry list.
You can create a Communication Log, New Application, and Enquiry Documents from the burger menu.
