Before attempting to create or modify a Web form, it is essential to identify the field’s name and where the dropdown is located. This step is crucial as it allows you to determine if the field is available on the current screen for customizing the dropdown options. Once you have obtained the field’s name, you can proceed to the Webforms screen to carry out the necessary actions.

Creating a New Webform

To create a new webform, click the +Add button, which will guide you to the next step where you input key webform information. This includes:

  • Form Name
  • Form Title
  • Form Subtitle

You will also need to assign a form type by selecting from options like Application Form (student), Application Form (agent), Enquiry Form (student), Student Form, or Enquiry Form. Depending on the form type selected, relevant fields will appear. Don’t forget to check the Active checkbox.

You can also delete any fields that are not required. You can also review the webform using the icon in the top-right corner. Click Next to proceed.

Send Email FromIt indicates the email address from which official communications will be sent.
