Campus Entry Screen> Campus Entry Burger Menu> Linked Program

The Linked Programs screen displays a list of all programs associated with the selected campus.

To link a new program, click the “+Program” button located at the top right corner of the screen. This will open a popup window where you can input the program details and link it to the campus.

Once the details are entered, click the “Save” button to complete the process.

Fields and their Explanation:

Fields	Explanations
Program Code	Start typing the name or code, and the system will suggest the programs available.
Program Name	It will be auto-filled based on the selected code.
CRICOS Provider Code	Fill in this field if applicable.
Web Applicant Program	Tick this box if this is for web applications.
Campus Operation Type	Select the campus operation type from the dropdown.
Effective Dates	Enter the start and end dates for when the program will be available at this campus.
Indicative Fees	Add the indicative tuition fee and other student contributions if required.
